Welcome to MtnWispr ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Mathews Consulting Group LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, web application, and services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and login credentials via our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Audio Data: Because MtnWispr is an acoustic grading tool, the Service requires access to your device's microphone. We record your audio inputs (e.g., elk calls) to analyze the pitch, timbre, and acoustic footprint. This audio is processed by our servers and third-party AI partners to provide your score and coaching feedback. We also store these recordings in a private, access-restricted location for up to 90 days so we can improve scoring accuracy, debug issues with your sessions, and validate model updates against expert ratings. Stored audio is never made public, sold, or shared with third parties outside of the AI partners listed below.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to our premium features, your payment details are collected and processed directly by our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage Data: We collect standard logging data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and how you interact with the Service (e.g., your call scores and progression level).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process your audio files and provide AI-generated coaching feedback.
- To process transactions and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support.
4. Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with trusted third parties solely to operate the Service:
- Supabase: For user authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe: For secure subscription billing and payment processing.
- Anthropic: For generating dynamic AI coach feedback based on your audio analysis metrics.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and session metadata (scores, sub-scores, call types, timestamps) as long as your account is active. Audio recordings of your scoring attempts are retained for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. You have the right to request the deletion of your account, your stored audio, and any associated personal data at any time by contacting us at mtnwispr@gmail.com. Account deletion removes all of your audio and metadata immediately.
